1. Limitations of liability

You expressly understand and agree that ZOMZU Services and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, co-branders or other partners, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents, shall not be liable, under any circumstances or legal theories whatsoever, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of business, profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if ZOMZU Services has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

• the use or the inability to use the service or that result from errors, defects, omissions, delays in operation or transmission, or any other failure of performance of the service or the software;
• the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service;
• unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or
• any good or service offered or sold through the service;
• any other matter relating to the service or software.

ZOMZU Services are not responsible for the advertisers' content and make no warranties or guarantees about the products or services advertised.

2. Proprietary rights in content

Users of ZOMZU Services should keep in mind that ZOMZU Services are intended for a general audience. Posting profanity, pornographic, or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated.You represent and warrant that:

• you own the Content posted by you on or through the ZOMZUServices or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and
• the posting of your Content on or through the ZOMZU Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted by you to or through the ZOMZU Services.

3. Removal of content and prohibited content

You understand and agree that we may review and delete any Content that you include in your profile, or otherwise Post on any area of the Website (which may include deleting your entire profile) that we, in our sole judgment, believe

• violates these Terms and Conditions
• might be offensive or illegal
• might violate the rights of other User, harm, or threaten the safety of any other User.
• ZOMZU reserve the right to determine what is construed as offensive, indecent, vulgar, spam or otherwise deemed inappropriate and may remove any content without warning.

4. Username and password

When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify ZOMZU immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.

5. Your registration obligations

In consideration of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of Lithuania or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to:

• provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (the “Registration Data”);
• maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete;
• your use of the ZOMZU Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or ZOMZU has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ZOMZU has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).
