A: ZOMZU service is free.

Q: How much do I have to pay for downloading files from ZOMZU?
A: ZOMZU never charges anyone for downloading any content from our mobile site. This includes the sections of pictures and java directory. But usually mobile operators charge for downloading digital content regardless of the source (being ZOMZU or other domain), so you should contact your mobile operator about how much do their mobile services cost.

Q: What is the differences between wap.zomzu.com and www.zomzu.com
A: Web site of Zomzu enables you to create and update your mobile site faster and easier than in Wap. It also offers you a wider range of additional functions. Although you can not browse through other’s mobile sites through web site, contact with other users, chat, post comments or download their contents. You have to use your mobile phone and wap for doing that.

REGISTRATION

Q: How do I sign up with ZOMZU?
A:

  1. To sign up for an account at ZOMZU click on the "Sign up" buttton and fill out the registration form. All fields required are marked “*”.
  2. Enter a subdomain. It is going to be the address of your mobile site. For egzample: Subdomain: XXXXX. Mobile Site Address will be: XXXXX.zomzu.com When deciding about the subdomain of your mobile site you should consider to make it as short as possible, to make it easy to type on your mobile phone keypad and let it be meaningful and related to the content of your mobile site. You will be able to change the name of your site later but this do not change the subdomain.
  3. Enter and repeat the password. Beware to keep it safe and in secrecy.
  4. Choose the language. The language you’ve chosen will be used for guiding you through creation and updating the site. Created site will be silently marked with a language ID, wich will be used as a filter in search for other users.
  5. Read the Terms And Conditions and check the check box to confirm that you have read and agree with the content of the agreement.
  6. Click the "Create" button to proceed to the next step of the sign-up process.

Q: Where can i change my password or other information?
A: Login to your account at ZOMZU and choose the "My Account" link. Confirm the changes with selecting the "Save" button. To discard the changes you have entered select the "Cancel" button.

Q: How do I access my mobile site with my mobile phone?
A: To access your or any other mobile site at ZOMZU type in the following URL address into your mobile phone http:// www."subdomain".zomzu.com/ (where “subdomain” stands for the name you have first entered on subdomain field).

CREATE A SITE

Q: How many mobile sites can I have in my ZOMZU account?
A: You can have more than one mobile site as a registered user. The number of mobile sites within one account is not limited.

Q: How do I create site on ZOMZU?
A: After signing in you have to go through a few simple steps:

  1. Choose template of four given:
    • Storage
    • Gallery
    • Communicate
    • Blog
  2. Choose design
  3. After successfully creating your site at ZOMZU you will receive a salutation.

Q: What is a template?
A: Template is a pattern of the mobile site that we have created for you. We have four different templates (Storage, Gallery, Communicate, Blog) which stand for different purposes of the mobile site. Choosing one of the templates you receive a fully working wap site with the main functions enabled. You will be able to add more functions later when selecting Edit in your site.

Q: How much free space do I have available for uploading pictures, albums and ringtones to my account?
A: Registered users of ZOMZU have UNLIMITED free space available in their accounts for uploading files.

Q: Can I add or remove Tags for my mobile site?
A: Yes, you can add and remove inappropriate tags for your mobile site. Beware that tag's are used as keywords in search. If you are concerned to have more visitors, put more popular tags.

Q: Is it possible to add my own WML code to Mobile Site editor?
A: Currently it's not possible to add WML code to ZOMZU mobile sites. But this will change shortly.

Q: Is it possible to upload WML, created by 3rd party tools to ZOMZU?
A: Currently it's not possible to add WML code created by 3rd party tools to ZOMZU mobile sites.

Q: Where do I report bugs?
A: Contact us at support@zomzu.com. In order to correct bugs as fast as possible, please describe the error, url address of the error (cut & paste it from your browser), operating system and browser you are using. If you found a bug in WAP part of the portal inform us of your mobile phone manufacturer and model, and your mobile operator.
